Abstract
PURPOSE: To take accurate measurement even if the frequency of an input signal varies by making it possible to invert the frequency sweep direction of a local oscillator, and by determining a higher harmonic degree by measuring an intermediate frequency and local oscillation frequency twice respectively in sweeps in two forward and backward directions.
CONSTITUTION: During the unidirectional sweep of local oscillator 13, intermediate frequency measuring means 17 and local oscillation frequency measuring means 18 take measurements twice simultaneously at an interval of time respectively.
