Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a good acceleration parformance when an engine is accelerated and prevent a trouble like knocking from being generated when a recirculating operation of exhaust gas is stopped, by controlling an ignition timing correspondingly to the supply of the recirculated exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:A pipe line 51, for linking a negative pressure take-off port 50 in an intake pipe line 11 to a vacuum advance angle device 4, is branched on its way, and in one branched pipe line 52 a negative pressure delay valve 55 comprising a check valve 56, that allows gas to flow only in the direction from the vacuum advance angle device 4 to the negative pressure take-off port 50, and a throttling part 57 for limiting a gas flow line is provided, and in the other branched pipe line 53 a negative pressure control valve 6, closed when a negative pressure in a diaphragm chamber 25 of an exhaust gas recirculation control valve 22 in an EGR device 2 reaches a prescribed value, is provided.
