Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent fluctuation of the reference power source from appearing in the output voltage, by taking out the charging voltage of the capacitor, which is charged for a prescribed time by the reference power source of the constant-voltage characteristic, as the reference voltage of the regulated power supply circuit through a buffer.
CONSTITUTION: The AC power to terminals 8 and 9 is subjected to full-wave rectification to output a DC voltage to terminals 10 and 11, and the constant voltage output of Zener diode ZD14 connected to these terminals through resistance R4 is connected to switch SW16 of timer relay 15. At the AC power supply time, SW16 is turned on, and the constant voltage of ZD14 charges capacitor (C)17. After a prescribed time constant, relay 15 is operated to turn off SW16, and the charging voltage of C17 is supplied to the gate of FET18 of the buffer stage. The terminal voltage of resistance R5 connected to the drain of FET18 is supplied as the reference voltage of differential amplifier 19, and amplifier 19 is so operated that the error between the regulated voltage across resistances R6 and R7 and the reference voltage is cancelled through amplifier 20. The potential of C17 is connected for a long time because the gate of FET18 is high-resistance, and fluctuation of ZD is not generated in the output voltage.
