Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a ball from drooping from a capillary and to simply and surely supply a wire by a method wherein a branch tube is installed at a main tube for a wire guide and a pressure of a gas from this branch tube is used. CONSTITUTION:In a main tube 11 of a wire guide 6, a wire 1 receives a force which spreads the wire 1 to the direction of inner wall of the main tube 11 by an ascending current of a gas flowing from a branch tube 12. And the wire 1 is gathered to an outlet narrow port 15 side of the gas and the gas does hardly flow out of the lower outlet 18 of the main tube 11. Accordingly, the wire 1 is energized to the upper direction opposite to the wire feeding direction and along with this, the wire 11 is in contact with the inner wall of the main tube 11 and has a friction resistance and when a capillary 8 is lowered, the wire 11 is provided with a proper resistance, as a result, the ball 9 is closely attached to the point of the capillary 8, accordingly, there is no disconnection due to the drooping of the ball and the wire is surely guided.
