Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a static pressure padding device in which the flow of fluid is made effectively regulable by providing a resistance element along a feeding path for fluid in order to make fluid fed in each position of nozzle attain prescribed static pressure or prescribed jetting rate of fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A part of the fluid fed through a opening 6 for feeding the fluid is interrupted by resistance plates 3 provided in a flowing path of a feeding pipe 2, then, the fluid, as its static pressure is reduced successively, is flowing in the arrowed direction and is fed into each part. Then, by choosing a resistance value for each of the resistance plates 3 so that liquid pressure in a nozzle 1 at each position attains a needed value, the purpose is attained. Further, if necessary, a discharging opening 4 for by-pass is provided, then, by carrying out the discharge of a part of the fluid to the outside of the system with regulating the discharging rate through a regulating valve 5 for discharging rate, the distribution of back pressure of nozzle, and, consequently, the flow of the fluid in a pad 8 is regulated in a degree of freedom higher than usual.
