Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent cracking owing to thermal fatigue from occuring in the inside wall of a tubular body by introducing and mixing the other fluid into the guide pipe disposed in the tubular body in which one fluid flow, at the time of mixing two fluids having a temp. difference. CONSTITUTION:A guide pipe 2 of a small diameter made of a heat-resistant thin- walled member is disposed in a tubular body 1. One side opening end 2a of the pipe 2 is formed into a funnel shape and is fixed to the inside wall 1b of the tubular body toward the upper stream side of the fluid flowing therein. Also, a lead-in pipe 3 which guides the another fluid having a temp. difference with respect to the fluid flowing in the tubular body 1 is connected to the pipe 2 at a right angle, and the side wall 1c of the tubular body 1 through which the pipe 3 is penetrated is bulged, whereby a fluid stagnating area S is formed between the same and the pipe 3. Owing to the existing of this fluid stagnating area S, the inside wall 1b of the tubular body 1 receives less influence of temp. fluctuations and since fluctuating thermal stresses are small, the occurrence of the cracking based on thermal fatigue is prevented.
