Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable high-pressure fluid to be effectively decreased in energy and discharged, by a method wherein a discharging means, used with outlet works and having a large number of apertures in the discharging port of the outlet works, is formed, and the outlet pipe is horizontally connected to a main outlet pipe. CONSTITUTION:An approximately horizontal outlet pipe 3 is connected to a main outlet pipe 1 via a discharge valve 2, a discharge port 4 of an outlet pipe 3, piercing through a vertical wall 3a, is positioned at the inside of an energy-reducing work 6 joined to an irrigation channel 5, and a discharge device 7 is installed to the discharge port. The discharge device 7 consists of a discharge means 8 being constituted such that it has a flow path, extending in a radiation direction centering around a center of a sphere of a hollow spherical body part 8A, at the part 8A. A large number of tapered apertures (a), which is formed such that the diameter of the aperture of a point on the aperture (a) decreases the further downward this point is situated, is formed in the semispherical body part 8A.
