Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the flame to cling to the transmittor side of heat of an outer burner by a method wherein a flange is disposed toward the direction to the inner burner, to the outer burner at a part near a zone where the opening-rate of the outer burner is changed.
CONSTITUTION: The flange 5 is provided to the outer burner 3 at a part near a zone where the opening-rate is changed, toward the inner burner 2 to make the mixed gas rise concentrically through the clearance between the flange 5 and the inner burner 2. Accordingly, the difference in the rising power is produced in the upper part of the flange 5 between the inner and the outer burners 2 and 3. The rising power is made high at the side of the inner burner as compared with the rising power when there is no flange, the amount of the air supplied from the ports 2' increases to promote combustion remarkably. The rising power on the side of the outer burner 3 decreases, while the rising power in the clearance between the heat transmittor 4 and the outer burner 3 becomes relatively larger. Consequently, the combustible gas can be ignited securedly and burned at the ports 3' provided at the upper part of the flange 5.
