Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively damp the multi-directional vibration of heavy load, by releasing the upward and downward shocking forces through the contracting deformation of a resilient member while absorbing the shock energy through the damping characteristic of said resilient member. CONSTITUTION:A resilient member 20 having the damping characteristic is provided between an upper member 6 and a lower member 7 inserted elevatably in a housing 1. Said resilient member 20 is aloways contracted when an operational member 14 will move relatively against the housing 1 in lifting or lowering direction thus to release the shocking force. Furthermore a plurality of dished springs 21 have the hysteresis characteristic and the damping function, and the damping function due to mutual friction when the overlapped dished springs 21 are deformed is added to absorb the shock energy effectively. Consequently effective damping is achieved for the vibration as well as the unidirectional shocking force thereby the size can be reduced in spite of high load capacity.
