Соответствукицее расположение фрикционных клиньев увеличивает суммарную долю потерь работы внешней силы на трение, при этом уменьшаетс потребна жесткость пружин и улучшаютс динамические характеристики амортизатора .The invention relates to mechanical engineering, and skilfully to general purpose shock absorbers and can be used in dacha test benches. A spring-friction shock absorber is known, comprising a housing with internal, incr. Jonnami to its axis, surfaces, a pressure wedge, friction wedges, pressure plates and C1 J springs. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is the spring-friction shock absorber comprising , the internal surfaces of which are inclined to its axis, a wedge, friction wedges, pressure plates and a C2L spring. The disadvantages of these shock absorbers are low damping capacity and high rigidity. ru Jin. The purpose of the invention is to increase the demolishing ability of the spring-friction shock absorber. This goal is achieved by the fact that, in a spring-friction damping torus, comprising a housing whose inner surfaces are inclined to its axes, installed inside the spring housing, a push / wedge, friction wedges, some of which are in contact with inclined surfaces. The pressure plates, the pressure plates and the second part of the friction wedges are located inside the first part of the wedges and interact in friction with it. The drawing shows a spring-shock absorber, a longitudinal section. The shock absorber includes a housing 1 with internal slopes 4i to its axis along: surfaces 2, installed inside spring housing 1, pressure wedge 4 pressure washer 5, friction wedges b, engaging / acting with internal inclined surfaces 2 buildings 1, pressure plates 7 and friction wedges 8 arranged between them, which interact with the friction clutches 6 and the clamping bolt 9, which limits and allows to regulate the stroke of the shock absorber. Pressure wedge 4, friction wedges b and 8, body 1 and washers. 5 and the pressure plates 7 can have special pads to improve the dynamic and frictional properties of aMopTjf3aTopa, such as the pads 10 on housing 1. To prevent seizure during Reverse, springs 11 are installed. The spring-friction damper works as follows. When the shock absorber is compressed, the external force applied to the pressure wedge 4 is transmitted through the friction wedges 8, the pressure plates 7 is transferred to the friction wedges b. Under the action of this force, the friction wedges b are pressed against the internal inclined surfaces 2 of the housing 1 and, by frictional interaction with them, move in the direction of the external force. In doing so, the spring 3 is compressed. The friction wedges b due to the inclination of the internal surfaces 2 of the housing 1 receive displacements to the axis of the shock absorber, and on the interaction surfaces, the friction wedges 6 and 8 generate frictional forces, further increasing the total damping capacity of the shock absorber. After the load is removed by means of the springs 11, the details of the shock absorber are released from pressing and, under the action of the spring 3, they return to their original position. In order to increase the total damping capacity of the device, more than one set of friction wedges b located along the perimeter of the body 1 with pressure plates 7 and friction wedges 8, but a few of these sets located along the body height can be used in the design of the spring-friction shock absorber. Matching the location of the friction wedges increases the total share of the friction loss of the external force, reducing the required spring stiffness and improving the dynamic characteristics of the shock absorber.
