Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to shock absorbers for vibrationally insulating installation of equipment on a foundation.
A shock absorber is known, comprising a monolithic elastic element with an annular groove for covering a support plate (support shelf), which is designed to be mounted on the foundation of vibration-insulated equipment using a bolt connection for which there is a central hole and a heavy sleeve.
The known shock absorber is designed to install only lightweight equipment, since displacement in the elastic element occurs with increasing load, which reduces its reliability.
Closest to the invention is an elastic shock absorber used in the suspension of automobile engines, which comprises a support with a hole, elastic elements installed therein with a central hole and a restriction sleeve located in the latter.
The disadvantages of the known elastic shock absorber include low operational properties, including low ductility, as well as low vibration isolation qualities. Such shock absorbers have a constant increased stiffness, i.e. have a certain amount of free play, in other words, each shock absorber corresponds to only one permissible load.
The aim of the invention is to increase the operational and vibration-isolating properties of the shock absorber.

In Figs. 11-13, the annular channels 7 are made in various combinations.
Profile washers 5 are interconnected by gluing, vulcanization. In order to provide preloading of the profile washers 5, the restriction sleeve 4 is shorter than the total height of the profile washers 5 by the amount of preliminary deformation.
10.The vibration-insulated installation and fixing of the equipment 10 on the foundation 9 is carried out as follows: in the existing hole 2 of the support 1 of the foundation 9, profile washers 5 are mounted 5. The bolt connection 12 with the restriction sleeve 4, the support washer 13 are inserted into the central hole 3 of the profile washers 5 and pass through the paw of the installed equipment 10.
The shock absorber works as follows.
10.Under the influence of the gravity of the equipment 10 and the tightening of the bolt joint 12, the profile washers 5 are compressed until the ends of the restriction sleeve 4 come in contact with the support washer 13 and the support surface of the equipment paw 10.
10.When dynamic pulsating effects occur along the bolt joint 12, alternating pulsating compression of the profile washers 5 takes place, depending on the direction of the inertial and elastic effects - up, down. The preliminary deformation of the profile washers 5 is thereby reduced and the vibration damping of the installed equipment 10 takes place.
5.When transverse actions occur, directed perpendicular to the axis of the bolt joint 12, the axis of the bolt joint tilts in the direction opposite to the action, with its subsequent return to its original position by the elastic forces of the profile washers 5.
Ограничительна втулка 4 ограничивает максимальные размахи оборудовани относительно исходного положени .The restriction sleeve 4 limits the maximum range of the equipment relative to the initial position.
Performing in the shock absorber on the surface part of the profile washers of the cutouts that form the annular channels will improve the elastic properties of the shock absorber, provide not only significant bearing capacity, but also high flexibility of the set of profile washers under the action of static load, provide large moments of inertia, weakening of the passage through the shock absorber bending vibrations and the required combination of vibro-acoustic characteristics.
The design of the profile washers makes it easy to install
Возможность изменени высоты, числа и площади кольцевых каналов, материала и количества профильных шайб непосредственно при установке оборудовани или в процессе ремонта способствует повышению эксплуатационных в и виброизолирующих свойств как при малой, так и при относительно большой опорной поверхности .The ability to change the height, number and area of the annular channels, the material and the number of profile washers directly during installation of the equipment or during the repair process helps to increase the operational and vibration isolation properties both with a small and relatively large bearing surface.
The invention also makes it possible to increase the elastic properties of the shock absorber by creating a gas pressure in the formed cavity of the channels, for example by introducing carbon dioxide, dry ice, into the cavity.
