Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency by the use of a small diameter parison, with small loss of material and in remarkable reduction of burring operation by a method wherein the parison is held in a bent shape beforehand, stored in a cavity and blow-molded. CONSTITUTION:A parison guide device 10 is held in the form of a streight cylinder through a loosed wire 13', then fused resin is introduced from an extruder 30 to a die 31 and a cylindrical parison 9 is hanged so that is enclosed the guide device 10. When the parison 9 gets an intended length and the wire 13' is pulled by a wire tension device 35, the guide device 10 takes an intended curved tube shape, the outside parison 9 also is changed into a shape similar to the cavity 21 and fixed in the cavity 21 of the die 20 under this condition. After the dies are clamped, the air is supplied from an air hole 32 and the parison 9 is pressed by the compressed air on to the cavity surface 21 to get the shape of the cavity 21. After the shape of the cavity is given, the die 20 is opened, the wire is loosened, a chuck device falls and a product only is taken out.
