Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a higher workability and an even stretching with a simple facility by passing a thermoplastic film through a width-controlled roller ring body via a cool-controlled tube body immediately after extrusion. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic tubular film continuously extruded and molded from extrusion dies 5 is passed through the first cool-controlled tube body 3 arranged at an outlet of the extrusion dies to cool and passed through a width-controlled rollring body 4 provided following the tube body 3 to cool successively. The first cool-controlled tube body 2 has an air chamber 10 for filling it with a cooling pressure fluid such as air inside and a slit 7 for injecting the cooling pressure fluid over the entire inner surface. The length of the afore-mentioned tube bodies 2 and 3 is preferably less than 70cm in total, more preferably less than 50cm.
