Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide stainless jets by communicating a fuel supply path to the jets with electrolytic working, after blind holes intended to be the jets are provided in advance in predetermined positions on the end of a nozzle, by means of a high energy density heat source such as laser, electron beam, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of blind holes intended to be jets 1 are provided in predetermined positions of the end of a nozzle by a working means of heat source such as laser, electron beam, etc. A nozzle hole 2 for communicating the jets 1 to a fuel supply path 4 is provided by first providing a preliminary hole by machining or the like and then communicating the blind holes to the nozzle hole 2 by electrolytic working or electrospeark machining. A fuel nozzle can be formed without any blocking of nozzle hole due to burr or sputter.
