Abstract

PURPOSE: A chocolate that is made from a chocolate base which is sweetened with fine particles of dried fruit, thus containing no sweetener.
CONSTITUTION: Fine, less than 100 mesh particles of dried fruit such as dried apple, banana, grape or dried product of fruit juice such as nectar or juice are added to the chocolate base by 25W50, preferably 30W50%. They are homogenously mixed and chocolate is produced from the resultant base.
