Abstract
PURPOSE: To arrange so that a smooth switchover of a regenerative brake force and a pneumatic brake force may be accomplished, by starting operation of a pneumatic brake and at the same time, dropping an inverter output voltage when the final step of the regenerative brake has been reached.
CONSTITUTION: When the final step number SL of a regenerative brake has been reached, a matching signal 14a is issued to close a gate for AND1 circuit through the intermediary of NOT1 circuit, stopping a vertical step advance by a reversible counter 20 and at the same time, closing a gate for AND2 circuit. As a result, no input to a "close" dispatcher 16 occurs, causing a pneumatic brake "close" device 17 to stop operating and a pneumatic brake to start its function. In addition, this matching signal 14a opens the AND2 circuit gate and inputs the second clock signal 19a which is output by the second pulse generator 19 to the descending count side of the reversible counter 20 through the intermediary of AND3 circuit. Consequently, a step number signal 20a is rapidly stepped down at the second clock signal 19a having a required period for starting the shutoff of a brake current IM, and the brake current IM is reduced following the rising of an inverter output voltage.
