PURPOSE:To prevent a danger of oxygen shortage by inserting a temperature sensitive resistance element operating in response to room temperatures in a reference voltage circuit. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensitive resistance element 8 operating in response to room temperatures is inserted in a reference voltage circuit, i.e. a circuit connecting a minus terminal to a power supply 7. As a result, if a room temperature rose, a reference voltage increases following a change in the resistance of the temperature sensitive resistance element 8, causing a transistor to be in ''OFF'' position and a safety valve 3 to be closed. Consequently, even in case a normal combustion is detected by an abnormal combustion detection element 4 to provide a significant output, it is possible to close a safety valve 3 subsequent to a rise in the room temperature and prevent a danger of oxygen shortage.
