As the result, the base of a TR11 becomes high-potential, and the TR11 becomes conductive. Consequently, the output current from an active element 6 is flowed to the earth potetial point through an active elemen protecting resistance 12 and the TR11 to cut off the power supply to a heater control circuit 8 for heating.
