Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a fuel injection state responsive to the driving state of an engine by controlling the operating period of a valve provided in a supply passage to an injection nozzle in correspondence to the variation in the rotational number of a diesel engine.
CONSTITUTION: A delay angle controller TM detects a constant position on the basis of position detection information from a reference position marker 1. When the engine rotates, a fuel starting point pattern is generated within a pattern generator PT1, and supplied to a comparator Comp1, where the rotational number of the pattern is compared with the engine rotational number information from a pulse generator TG. At the stroke corresponding to the point on the pattern coinciding with the rotational number, that is, at the time point where the fuel injection starting time is reached, it is detected. The signal thus obtained is given to an injection continuation controller 2 having an integrator AC and a high speed switch SW. The controller 2 receives speed information from the pulse generator TG and an injection starting time information from the delay angle controller TM, and the high speed switch SW is made inoperative at the injection completion time.
