Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the decrease in the impedance of floating capacity and the decrease in sensitivity by changing the potential of a casing at the same phase and same level as those of the potential fluctuations of a detecting electrode.
CONSTITUTION: A bootstrap circuit is constituted of a circuit including a capacitor C1. The output of an operational amplifier OPA which is making the operation of a noninverting amplifier of approximately 1 in gain at a high input impedance is being applied to a casing 2 via a capacitor CN1 and the potential of the casing 2 fluctuates in an alternating current manner at approximately the same level as that of the output of the operational amplifier OPA. Hence, the potentials of the field modulator 5 and electrostatic shield 6 connected in a DC manner to the casing 2 also fluctuate at the same phase and same level as those of the input of the noninversion input terminal of the amplifier OPA, that is, the potential fluctuations of a detecting electrode 4.
