Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent oscillation and accurately detect voltages by inserting a resistance in series to the measuring object to make the synthesized resistance value with the measuring object to positive characteristics and obtaining voltage detecting terminals from both ends of the measuring object.
CONSTITUTION: A series resistance R0 is held inserted between the measuring object 1 such as MISFET of ground connection, etc. and the measuring output terminal T to which the constant current (i) outputted by the inversion amplifier circuit constituted by operational amplifers OP1 thru OP3 and the synthesized resistance value with the measuring object 1 becomes always of positive characteristics. Hence, such oscillation wherein the current (i) increases resulting in decreased voltage of the measuring object 1 and the current (i) further increased to reach supply capacity thence conversely decreases does not occur. Hence, the voltage drop by the measuring object 1 wherein the both ends of the measuring object 1 are voltage detecting terminals is connected to the operational amplifier OP0 which acts as a voltage follower and is accurately detected with the high impedance voltmeter V whose other end is ground connection.
