The invention of an ognosigs to digital electrical engineering and can be used to measure resistances and capacitances. A digital loss resistance meter and capacitor capacitance is known that contains a pulse generator connected in series, an active measuring circuit with an exemplary capacitor at the input, a voltage comparator trigger, an AND circuit and a pulse counter with a digital reading device. A counting pulse generator 1 is connected to the second input of the circuit. However, the device has a low measurement accuracy. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a meter of capacitances and capacitors containing a pulse generator, a switching element (diode), a measuring circuit, a Schmitt trigger, an And element, a pulse counter and a counting pulse generator 2. The disadvantage of the present invention is the low measurement accuracy, due to the influence of the inverse resistance of the semiconductor diode (switch) on the measurement accuracy when the range of the measured resistances is extended to higher values. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. The goal is achieved by the fact that a digital impedance meter containing a charge pulse generator, the output of which is connected via a semiconductor diode to one of the inputs of the active measuring unit, to one of the terminals for connecting a controlled resistor and to one of the plates of the reference capacitor which and another terminal for connecting the controllable resistor is connected to the bus bar, the output of the active measuring unit is connected to the first input of the And element via a 3-hectare ter The input of which is connected to the output of the generator of counting pulses, and the output of the element I is connected to the input of the pulse counter, the output of the generator of the charging pulse is connected to the input of the Schmitt trigger, and the other input of the active measuring unit is connected to a common bus. In this case, a noninverting DC amplifier with a gain factor equal to one is used as the active element in the active measuring unit. The drawing shows a functional electrical resistivity metering circuit. Digital resistance meter with der-iT series-connected charge pulse generator 1 active measuring unit 2, which includes a DC amplifier 3 with an exemplary input capacitor 4, Schmitt trigger 5, element 6 and counting 7 pulses with a reference digital device By the triple.-Me, I wait between the generator 1 of the charged pulses and the input of the active measuring unit 2 to turn on the semiconductor diode 8 in the direction providing the charge of the exemplary capacitor 4 from the generator I of the charging pulses. To the second input element And 6 is connected to the generator 9 counting pulses. The controlled resistor Yu is connected in parallel to the reference capacitor 4. The digital resistance meter operates as follows. When a single charge pulse is applied through the semiconductor diode 8 from the charge pulse generator 1, an exemplary capacitor 4 is applied to the amplitude of the pulse. In this case, the output of the 3.constant current amplifier n is the voltage equal to the amplitude value. The Schmitt trigger 5 and counting pulses from the generator 9 counting pulses through the element 6 arrive at the counter 7 pulses. After the cessation of the pulse, the model capacitor 4 is discharged through the controlled resistor 10, as a result, the voltage is reduced exponentially as on the exemplary capacitor 4, as well as at the output of the DC amplifier 3, while maintaining the equality of these voltages. 174 The equality of these voltages at the outputs of semiconductor diode 8 prevents leakage of the discharge current through it and the discharge time specified by the Reverse Response threshold of the Schmitt trigger 5, is determined only by the value of the controlled resistor 10. When the voltage on the sample capacitor 4 and, accordingly, At the output of the DC amplifier 3 of this threshold, the Schmitt trigger 5 trips back and the counting pulses through the element And to the pulse counter 7 stop. The number of pulses, the display pulses in the digital reading device 7 is proportional to the resistance value of the countertruded resistor 10. Claim 1. A digital resistance meter containing a charge pulse generator, the output of which through a semiconductor diode is connected to one of the inputs of the active measuring unit, with one of the terminals a controlled resistor and with one of the plates of an exemplary capacitor, the other lining of which and the other terminal for connecting the controlled resistor are connected to a common bus, the output of the active measuring unit through the Schmitt trigger is connected to the first input of the element And, the second input of which is connected to the output of the generator of counting pulses, and the output of the element And is connected to the input of the pulse counter, characterized in that, in order to increase the measurement accuracy, the output of the generator The charge pulse is connected to the Schmitt trigger input, and the other input of the active measuring unit is connected to a common bus.
