The invention relates to a measurement technique, in particular, to digital capacitance meters. A simple digital capacitance meter is known, containing a one-shot, trigger, a counter, a digital indicator, in which the capacitance is converted into a time interval fl. A disadvantage of the known device is the low measurement accuracy allowing the use of this device for rough measurements. The closest technical solution to the present invention is a digital capacitance meter comprising a current generator, input terminals for capacitance connection, a voltage source, a threshold device (comparator), a counter, an indicator 2. However, the known device provides low accuracy of conversion. In addition, there is an inconvenience in reading the readings, since the convertible value of the number of pulses is the reciprocal of the measured capacitance value. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy of the device. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a digital capacitance meter, containing a source of reference voltage, a current generator connected to one of the inputs of the comparator and one of the terminals for connecting the measuring capacitance, the other terminal is connected to the ground bus, a counter connected to the indicator, and the first key, entered three keys, an additional current generator, a reference frequency generator, a coincidence element, the source of the reference voltage being connected via a second switch to another input of the comparator and to the output of the first key and the comparator output through the third and fourth keys are connected respectively to the inputs of the current generator and an additional current generator; other outputs of the third and fourth keys are respectively connected to the first and second inputs of the coincidence element, the third input of which is connected to the output of the reference frequency generator, and the output matching element connected to the input of the counter. The drawing shows the functional electrical circuit of the device. The circuit contains the source 1 of the reference voltage, the first and second keys 2 and 3, the voltage comparator 4 measured capacitor 5, the third and fourth keys 6 and 7, current generator 8, additional current generator 9, reference frequency generator 10, element P matches, counter 12, indicator 13, clips 1 and 15 for connecting a container. The source 1 of the reference voltage is connected via the first switch 2 to the second switch 3 and one of the outputs of the voltage comparator. The other input of the voltage comparator 4 is through one input terminal, the measurable capacitor 5 and the second input terminal 15 are connected to a common point of the device. At the same time, the input of the voltage comparator is connected to the outputs of the current generator 8 and the additional current generator 9, the inputs of which through the third and fourth switches 6 and 7 are connected to the output of the voltage comparator k. At the same time, the third and fourth keys 6 and 7 are connected to element 11, the input of which is connected to the generator 10 of the reference frequency, and the output to the counter 12 and the indicator 13. The device operates as follows. In the initial state, the second key 3 is closed, and the first key 2 is open respectively, one input of the comparator k has a voltage close to the common point voltage. For the comparator k, the voltage is also zero and the third and fourth keys 6, 7 are closed, the current generator 8 and the additional generator 9 do not work. In this state. The second input of the voltage comparator t is connected to the measured capacitor 5 through the input terminals T and 15. It has a voltage close to the common point voltage. Counter 12 is reset and the value of the digits equal to zero is formed on the indicator. Further, the second switch 3 is opened, and the first switch 2 is closed and the source 1 of the reference voltage is connected to the first input of the comparator. At the output of the voltage comparator k, a signal appears that acts on the third key 6. It opens and acts on the current generator 8, which begins to generate a current L of a strictly defined value corresponding to a given measurement subband. The third and fourth keys 6 and 7 work in antiphase: one circuit opens on one voltage symbol at the output of the voltage comparator 4, the other on the other. Measured capacitor 5, connected to the second input of the voltage comparator, starts charging. The voltage across it is determined from the ratio of the voltage across the capacitor Cy, equal to a constant value; Su - measured capacity; I g is a current of a certain value, specified on each subrange of measurement; 15C - capacitor charge time. The measured capacitor 5 is charged to the value of V ,, equal in magnitude to the voltage of the source 1 of the reference voltage (which corresponds to the operation of the voltage comparator 1). When the voltage V. reaches the capacitor 5, the level of the voltage of the source 1 of the reference voltage the two inputs of the comparator C are equal and the voltage is set to zero at its output, the third and fourth keys 6 and 7 are turned off, respectively, the current generator 8 also stops generating current. Between the on and off times of the current generator 8, a time is elapsed. From relation (2) it can be seen that the time t is directly proportional to the measured capacitance Cj of the capacitor 5 at a given value of voltage V and current Iconet At the moment the first and third switches 2 and 6 the coincidence element triggers 1.1 and the number of pulses N proportional to the measured capacitance enters the input of the counter 12. where fp is the frequency of the reference frequency generator, And, respectively, the indicator 13 indicates the number corresponding to the measured value. To bring the device into the initial state, the first switch 2 disconnects the source 1 of the reference voltage, the second switch 3 connects the first input of the voltage comparator to the common point. Accordingly, a voltage equal to the voltage of the source 1 of the model voltage is applied to the other input of the voltage comparator k. On you, the voltage comparator appears, causing the fourth switch 7 to operate. Accordingly, an additional current generator 9 is turned on, which discharges capacitor 5 (Su (up to a voltage close to the zero bus voltage. At the output the voltage comparator k is set to voltage, also equal to zero, the fourth switch is turned off, and the additional current generator 9 stops generating current. The device returns to its original state. In the proposed device, the conversion error is significantly reduced by reducing the time I instability of the sample frequency generator, t increased the linearity of the conversion, there is no error converting the capacitance to the frequency. Invention A digital capacitance meter containing a source of reference voltage, a current generator connected to one of the comparator inputs and one of the clamps for connecting the measuring capacitance, the other clamp is connected to the ground bus, a meter connected to the indicator, and the first key, characterized in that, in order to increase the measurement accuracy, it introduced three keys, an additional current generator, a reference frequency generator, a coincidence element, the source of the reference voltage being connected via a second switch to another input of the comparator and to the output of the first switch, and the output of the comparator through the third and fourth switches, respectively the inputs of the current generator and the additional current generator, and the other outputs of the third and fourth keys, respectively, are connected to the first and second inputs of the coincidence element, the third input of which is connected with the output of the reference frequency generator, and the output of the coincidence element is connected to the input of the counter.
