Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the effect of line capacity by providing a shield between the signal lines between an electrostatic capacity detection part and electronic circuit part and applying the voltage of a low impedance approximately equal to the voltage of a high impedance outputted from the detection part thereby making the potential difference of both zero.
CONSTITUTION: A shield 13 is disposed to the outside of one signal lone 12a connected between a bridge circuit 10 and an electrostatic capacity detector 11. An impedance converter 15 is interposed between the bridge circuit 10 and detection circuit 14. From this converter 15, a field back voltage VSH of a low impendance is applied to the electrode body part side of the electrostatic capacity detection part 11 and the signal line 12b to the earth electrode side of the detection part 11. Thereby, the electrostatic capacity having been detected in the detection part may be directly applied to the remote electronic circuit and the changes in the electrostatic capacity may be detected with high sensitivity.
