Current I flowing through capacitor Cx is input from terminal D to operation amplifier OP4 in current variation correcting circuit 13 through shielded measurement lead line F and, after converted into a voltage, applied to input terminal X of OP5 as DC voltage Vx obtained by full-wave rectifying circuit REC2, but current I is in proportional to voltage Vx. Therefore the output of the divider performing Vx÷Vx is in proportion to impedance Z and even if current I fluctuates due to the fluctuations of the electric power source, the influence of it can be evaded.
