Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a successive production and enhance the production rate of a pasted plate, as well as obtain a light pasted plate by providing the base body made of a thermoplastic resin with collectors made of a lead alloy, filling the base body with a paste, and placing the base body into a baglike separator. CONSTITUTION:A sheet- and netlike base body 1 is prepared from a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as a polyethylene or a polypropylene. Collectors 2 made of either lead or a lead alloy are fused to the base 1 at given intevals by thermal deposition, before the base body 1 is successively filled with a pastelike active material 3. The base body 1 filled with the active material 3 is immersed in an acid and dried, it is cut to have a given dimension, and it is placed in a baglike separator 4 whose main component is a polypropylene.
