Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A conversion is given to the output frequency of the frequency memory circuit 2 with the frequency of the inside local oscillator and through the frequency converting circuit 21. The intermediate-frequency signal obtained by the conversion is supplied to the frequency tracking circuit 3 via the 1st output terminal 21a. At the same time, the local oscillation signal is supplied to the frequency addition measuring circuit 22 via the 2nd output terminal 21b. The circuit 22 carries out an addition of the output frequency of the circuit 3 to the local oscillation frequency of the circuit 21 to give a measurement and display. In such constitution, the signal of the intermediate frequency lower than the fundamental frequency is applied to the circuit 3, thus reducing the error which is caused at the circuit 3.
