Abstract

PURPOSE: To make high-precision continuous measurement possible by securing operation stable to variations in frequency and level of an input signal by combining AFC, AGC, PLL, etc., into one.

Since carrier power has been adjusted by circuit to the normal value, a ratio of noise power to carrier is in inverse proportion to a noise power value measured by circuit 6.
