Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure an assured measurement for the water level even in an abnormal condition, by connecting the differential pressure type water level measuring device via the pipeline provided near the upper and lower ends of a pressure container and then providing the electrode type water level measuring device containing a number of electrode near the upper and lower ends of the pressure container via the stop valve.
CONSTITUTION: The other end of the detection pipelines 12 and 13 connected to the areas near the upper and lower ends of the pressure container 11 stored into the storing container 10 is connected to the input side of one side of the reference level unit 14 and the water level detector 15. The output pipeline of the unit 14 is connected to the input side of the other side of the detector 15, and the differential pressure output of the detector 15 is displayed to the water level indicator 16. On the other hand, the water level measuring container 20 containing a number of electrode bars 23 is connected near the upper and lower ends of the container each via the stop valves 18 and 19 plus connection pipes 21 and 22, and the water level detected by the change of the electric resistance is displayed on the indicator 26 via the lead wires (a)W(i), the power supply terminal 24 and the power source 25. The valves 18 and 19 are opened to secure an assured detection of the water level by the electrode type water level meter in the case of an abnormal condition under which the reference level 14 becomes unsteady.
