Subsequently, this article 1 to be printed is supplied between a pressure barrel 10 and an offset cylinder 8 and an ink supplied to a blanket 9 on a surface of a cylinder 8 through a PS plate 6 attached to a surface of a plate barrel 5 is transferred to a surface of the transparent substance layer 3.
