Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive layer 2 is formed on a transparent substrate 1 and a patternlike transparent layer 3 on the layer 2, by means of C, Ag, etc. A photoconductive layer 4 is formed on the layer 3 by means of an inorg. or org. photoconductive material.
