Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the load accuracy of mechanical load which is put on a test- piece, by using magnetic force.
CONSTITUTION: The pull rod 2 and the load cell 3 are installed in the atmospheric tank 4, a magnetic substance 7 is fixed to the lower end part of the pull rod 2 of the lower part, also the magnet 8 is installed under the magnetic substance 7 so that it is opposed to the magnetic substance 7, and the coil 9 connected with the excitation device which is able to control the load of mechanical load by voltage control is lightly wound around the magnet 8. And, the magnet 8 is excited by the excitation device 10, and mechanical load is loaded on the test-piece 1 by drawing the pull rod 2 in the reverse direction. In this way, the sealing member for cutting off the inside of the atmospheric tank 4 from the atmospheric pressure part becomes unnecessary, and the load accuracy of mechanical load put on the test-piece 1 is improved.
