Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Since a resistance variation rate exceeds a prescribed set value if the humidity changes suddenly, resistance-variation-rate detecting circuit 3 outputs the "1" signal to put timer 5 into operation and during its operation period, output "1" of timer 5 is inputted to OR circuit 6. Therefore, circuit 6 outputs "1" and driving circuit 7 is operated for a certain time to drive load 8, so that the operation lag of the device can be prevented. After the prescribed time passes, the response lag time of humidity sensing element 1 passes and its resistance value decreases below the set value, so that the humidity can be adjusted by driving the load through circuit 7 according to the level of the resistance value of element 1.
