CONSTITUTION:An annular rim 3 is arranged on the outer periphery of the rotor spoke 2, and salient poles 4 are mounted on the outer periphery of a rotor, vent holes 9 are formed at the axial ends 2a of the rotor spokes 2, and a number of vent holes 10 are formed on the cylindrical surface of the boss cylinder 2b of the rotor spoke. It is preferred to form chamfers 10a, 10b at the inlet and outlet of the hole 10. A baffle plate 11 is mounted so as to cover a part of the hole 9 outside the hole 9, and the air flow rate is controlled into the boss cylinder 2b.
