Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to control fuel flow with high responsibility even at the time of rapid interruption of load, by calculating demand signals at each control ends on the basis of a demand signal of fuel flow to a boiler in a thermoelectric power plant, and controlling each control end in a feedforward manner.
CONSTITUTION: In an LNG fuel feeding plant, LNG liquid is carried from a tank 1 to a vaporizer 3 by a pump 2 and a part of LNG liquid is warmed by a reboiler 4. A part of LNG gas vaporized by the reboiler 4 is superheated at a superheated 5 and then carried to the boiler in he thermoelectric power plant. In such a plant, an LNG flow control valve CV1, a valve CV2 for controlling the flow rate of warm water to the reboiler 4 and a valve CV4 for controlling the flow rate of warm water to the superheater 5 are controlled by a particular signal, that is, a signal obtained by summing a preceding signal corresponding to a demand signal of fuel flow to the burner and a feedback compensating signal consisting of the deviation of the liquid level in the vaporizer 3, deviation of steam pressure, etc.
