Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the oxidation of a first juice and the corrosion of the inner surface of a can, by introducing a given amount of juice sac into an empty can, forcing the whole air in the can to be replaced with N2 gas, filling a fruit juice with N2 gas into the can, and seaming and sealing the can with a can cover.
CONSTITUTION: A given amount of juice sac S is introduced into an empty can 1 in stage A. The can containing the juice sac S is placed in an enclosed body 4, and the internal air K is expelled from an outlet 2 to make the can 1 in a vacuum state.
