Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the oxidation of a first juice and the corrosion of the inner surface of a can, by introducing a given amount of juice sac into an empty can, forcing the whole air in the can to be replaced with N2 gas, filling a fruit juice with N2 gas into the can, and seaming and sealing the can with a can cover.
CONSTITUTION: A given amount of juice sac S is introduced into an empty can 1 in stage A. The can containing the juice sac S is placed in an enclosed body 4, and the internal air K is expelled from an outlet 2 to make the can 1 in a vacuum state. Nitrogen gas GN2 is then introduced from an inlet 3 to force the air K on and between the can 1 and the sac S to be replaced with GN2 in stage B. The can 1 after the stage B is filled with a fruit juice F.L and vitamin C (V.C) together with nitrogen gas by force in stage C. A can cover 5 is then placed on a mouth 1a of the can 1 while blowing nitrogen gas GN2 into the full can 1', and the can cover 5 is seamed to seal the can 1' in stage D. The sealed full can 1' is then sterilized at a high temperature by the conventional method and cooled to give a product.
