Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve liquid leakage resistivity while bettering the reliability of products, bt enclosing an inert gas to a portion where a sealed mouth portion of an alkaline cell contacts with the air.
CONSTITUTION: Inert gases, such as, nitrogen, helium, neon, krypton, xenon, etc. are enclosed to an outer circumferential portion of a cell singly or in a composite shape, and O2 gas around the cell is removed. Thus, the liquid leakage resistivity of the cell can be improved, and this cell timepiece with high reliability can be obtained.
