Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide automatic reversing between low and high pressure circuits in an automatic unloader, by building an automatic shut-off valve together with an automatic vent valve in the valve system.
CONSTITUTION: Water fed in a high pressure inlet 11 from a high pressure pump flows in a vessel through a hollow 12 around a high pressure valve 9 and an outlet 13, while water introduced in a low pessure inlet 15 from a low pressure pump flows to the bottom of the high pressure vave 9 through a through hole 14 on a spacer 3, hollow 24 and passage 25. As the high pressure valve 9 is lifted by low pressure water, low pressure water flows in the hollow 12 to join water through the high pressure inlet 11. When both inlets 11, 15 and the outlet 13 are communicated with each other, a pressure rise in the vessel lifts a valve rod 6 to open a low pressure valve 7. Then the high pressure valve 9 is momentarily pressed to a high pressure valve seat 2 to shut the high pessure circuit off the low pressure circuit. Water flowing through the inlet 15 after a pressure rise in the hollow 12 easily flows out of a discharge port 16.
