Abstract
PURPOSE: To maintain stable operation without scattering in its time, by keeping a suction gap at an initially set value regardless of the wear of the frictional transmission surfaces of the first and the second connecting members.
CONSTITUTION: A hub 2 is fitted on a main shaft 1. A plurality of pins (supports) 3 are fitted in the flange 2a of the hub 2 at a circumferential spacing so that the pins project in the axial direction of the main shaft 1. One end of a leaf spring 4 is secured on an armature 5 which is the second connecting member. A lining 7, which is the first connecting member, faces the armature 5 across a suction gap (axial gap) g1 so that the frictional transmission surface are provided. According to this constitution, the gap g1 is maintained at an initially set value regardless of the wear of the frictional transmission surface of the armature 5 and the lining 7. Therefore, stable operation without scattering in its time is maintained.
