When the output voltage of the circuit 9 is used for another device, only a battery 11 for example, the power supply of the circuit 3 is cut off by turning off a connecting switch 12. Namely, a power supply switch 8 is turned on, a connecting switch 16 is turned on and the connecting switch 12 is turned off for charging only the battery 11.
