Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce abrasion of rotary blades and to enhance their availability factor by specifying the angle between the housing side wall and the tip of the rotary blades rotatably attached to the rotary shaft in its circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A rotary blade 21 consists of a support 22 and a blade 23 attached to the support 22. There are for example, eight supports 22 which are circumferentially installed to the supporting shaft 24 that combines with the support ring 15 to form an integral body. The angle between the blade 23 of the rotary blade 21 and the heating surface 17 is specified to become 30 deg. or less when the machine is in rotation, so that the contact length S1 and the length S2 of the gap 25 can be increased. Because this structure enhances the capability of atomizing treating liquid, the peripheral speed of the rotary blades can be reduced, which in turn reduces abrasion of the rotary blades and results in a prolonged service life and enhanced availability factor.
