Abstract

The lamp is held to a support by a nut (5) on the end (4) of a hollow shaft (1). A handle (6) is used to rotate the assembly about the axis of the shaft. The end of the shaft has a spherical surface section (7) with its axis (Y-Y) at 45 deg. to that of the shaft. The body (2) which holds the actual lamp is fixed to this spherical section, its axis (Z-Z) being at 45 deg. to that of the spherical section. The body is shaped to blend with the spherical part. A stop is provided to limit the rotation of the body.
