The bottom of this concave part 7 is divided into the three equal portions. Each face 8 forms an inclined face whose height changes in the axial direction of a shaft 9, in the circumferential direction of the shaft 9. In the meantime, a protrusion 10 is formed on the bracket 6. The thrust direction and position of a bearing metal is adjusted by adjusting a contact position for these inclined faces 8 and the protrusion 10.
