Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a valve from vibration and noises by a method wherein a vibration-insulating member made from a hollow elastic material is provided between a rotor and a sleeve which constitute a rotary valve.
CONSTITUTION: A rator 10 is constituted so that it rotates in a unitary body with a stub shaft 6 and a cylindrical sleeve 11 is arranged coaxially on the external circumference of the rotor 10. This sleeve 11 is made to be turned by a pin 12 buried in a worm shaft 7 in a unitary body with the worm shaft 7. And, a ringed groove 41 is formed around the rotor 10 and the vibration-insulating member 40 made from the hollow elastic material is provided so that it is inserted into this groove 41 and its external circumference comes in contact with the internal circumference of the sleeve 11.
