Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the captioned pump with a receiving table equipped with a liquid feeder pipe guide groove parallel with a central shaft, provided along the external circumference of a spiral-type rotary body having a screw thread and also inserted with a flexible liquid feeder pipe pressed onto the guide groove with the tip of screw thread, under a simple structure capable of feeding high-viscosity liquid, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A spiral-type rotary body A is inserted through the intermediary of bearings 5 provided on the both end walls 4 of a pump case B. One end of the rotary body A is connected to a prime mover 7 through shaft coupling 6. A feeding pipe 8 of an elastomer such as silicon, etc. is inserted into a feeding pipe guide groove 10 fixed in parallel with a receiving table 9 in such manner that the said pipe may not contact the rotary body A. In the meantime, a lid 11 is fixed in a freely operating manner on the upper part of the rotary body A. The feeding pipe 8 easily transports high-viscosity liquid, corrosion-causing liquid, powder/grain- contained liquid, etc. by the sequential shift of an expanded part following a movement of a screw thread under the effect of a rotation of the rotary body A.
