Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent fluctuation and delay of the rise time of rotation at the starting time of the device according to the position of an internal rotor by making the internal rotor accord with an external rotor in axial relations coercively by means of a magnetic substance provided in the internal rotor. CONSTITUTION:The ring 17 of the magnetic substance is inserted into the internal rotor 9, while a magnetic field device formed of a series circuit of a coil 18, a switch 19 and a power supply 20 is arranged on the outside of the exterior rotor 5. When the switch 19 is closed and the coil 18 is electrified, a magnetic field is generated at a right angle to the shaft 16 of the exterior rotor, while the internal rotor 9 receives rotary torque caused by magnetic force acting on the ring 17 of the magnetic substance, and the shaft 14 of the internal rotor 9 accords with the shaft 16 of the external rotor. By this constitution, the rise time of the fluid-type self sustaining gyroscopic device can be shortened.
