Conventionally, this type of resin molded motor has a bracket part 10 that holds a bearing part, as shown in FIG.
1 is made of iron plate and is fixed to the main body part 102 with screws 103. And the shaft washers 104,
105, 106, collar 107, rotor core 10
The amount of thrust changes due to variations in the thickness of the shaft 8, and when it deviates from the standard value, the amount of thrust is adjusted by removing the bracket 101 and replacing the shaft washers 104 and 105 with ones of different thickness. It was very time consuming.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. Reference numeral 1 denotes a main body portion in which the entire stator 2 is molded with resin, and a first bearing metal 3 is attached by a metal pressing spring 4 and a metal cover 5. Reference numeral 6 denotes a bracket that is attached to the part of the main body 1 opposite to the holding part of the first bearing metal 3, and is molded from resin similarly to the main body 1, and the second bearing metal 3' is attached to the above-mentioned main body. It is held in the same way as part 1. The main body portion 1 is provided with a cylindrical recess 7 for attaching a bracket 6, and this recess 7
3 in which the height of the shaft 9 in the thrust direction changes on a circle centered on the shaft 9 on the bottom surface of the
Two inclined surfaces 8 are formed. The relationship between the inclinations is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. 10 is the above bracket 6
These protrusions are located at equal intervals so as to abut on each of the three bottom surfaces 8 of the recess 7 into which the bracket 6 fits. 11, 12, 13 are shaft washers attached to the shaft 9, 14 is a collar,
15 is a rotor core.

In the above configuration, when assembling the motor,
The bracket 6 holding the bearing part is attached to the main body part 1, and the dimension between the second bearing metals 3' can be changed depending on the contact position of the protrusion 10 of the bracket 6 and the inclined surface 8.
2, 13, the thickness of the collar 14, and the rotor core 15 due to manufacturing variations can be absorbed, and the amount of thrust can be adjusted to a predetermined standard value. The bracket 6 is fixed by gluing after adjusting the thrust amount.

In this example, an inclined surface was formed on the bottom of the recess of the main body, and a protrusion was formed on the bracket.
Conversely, an inclined surface may be formed on the bracket and a protrusion may be formed on the bottom surface of the recessed portion of the main body portion, and there will be no difference in the operation and effect.

As is clear from the above embodiments, the resin molded motor of the present invention has a first bearing metal that pivotally supports one of the shafts of the rotor attached to a resin main body that is integrally molded with the stator. A bracket holding a second bearing metal that pivotally supports the other is provided, and this bracket is fitted into a recess formed in the main body, and the bottom surface of the recess and the
On one of the surfaces of the bracket that is in contact with this bottom surface,
Forms multiple inclined surfaces that vary in height in the axial direction,
A protrusion is formed on the other side, and the position of the second bearing metal in the thrust direction can be adjusted by adjusting the abutment position of the protrusion and the inclined surface, thereby eliminating variations in the thickness of the shaft washer, collar, and rotor core. The amount of thrust of the rotor can be easily adjusted within a predetermined range.
