【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はモータケースとこのモータケースとと
もに回転子および固定子を収容ないしは支承する
ブラケツトとの取付構造に関する。

周壁2の端面は、後述するブラケツトの板面を気
密的に支承すべく面加工が施され、その端面近傍
の上記周壁2にビス挿通用の透孔3が穿設されて
いる。一方、上記モータケース1の開口部には、
鋳造部材等により形成されたブラケツト4が取り
付けられるが、このブラケツト4は円板状をな
し、その周面5の一部が切削加工により段状部6
が形成され、かつこの段状部6の周面外径は上記
モータケース1の周壁の内径と略等しく規制され
ている。また上記段状部6周面の上記透孔3に対
応する位置には、上記モータケース1にブラケツ
ト4を固定するためのねじ7用のねじ孔8が設け
られている。そして上記ブラケツト4の中心に設
けた、例えばオイルレスメタルで形成たベアリン
グ9中に、回転子の軸10を支承せしめ、上記ブ
ラケツト4に取り付けた固定子とともに、当該ブ
ラケツト4を上記モータケース1の開口部に当て
がい、上記段状部6をモータケース1の周壁2内
面に圧入し、かつ上記段状部6の顎面6aを上記
周壁2の端面に接合せしめる如くして、上記両者
を嵌合せしめ、続いて、上記ねじ7を上記透孔3
を介して上記ねじ孔8に螺入することによつて、
上記両者が一体化される如くなつている。

物が分割され、かつ第3図に示す如く下方に向つ
て傾斜する如く曲折される。そして上記突片27
の左側面と突片28の右側面との間の距離はモー
タケース11の上記垂直面15から垂直面16ま
での距離にほぼ等しく、かつこれら各突片27,
28の周面のブラケツト12の中心からの距離
は、上記モータケース11の周壁13の外径にほ
ぼ等しく形成されている。また、上記ブラケツト
12の外径は上記モータケース11の周壁13の
内径にほぼ等しくなつている。さらに、上記各突
片27,28の厚みは上記周壁13の開口端縁1
4から上記平面17,18までの長さにほぼ等し

は折曲状態に於いて、上記ブラケツト12の中心

斯くして、第4図に示す如く、上記モータケース
11に対しブラケツト12が固定されるととも
に、上記モータケース11に対するブラケツト1

ケツト側の折曲片を押圧し、上記ブラケツトをモ
ータケースの開口端縁に取付け固定したことによ
つて、モータケースに対するブラケツトの取付固
定を極めて簡単な操作で正確に行なうことがで
き、しかも、上記両部材の形成はプレスの1次工
程にて迅速に行え、他の結合部品を用いることも
ないので信頼性に富み、組立効率が著しく改善さ
れるとともに、この種の結合構造を安価に市場に
提供でき、極めて実用性が高い等の諸効果を有す
る。
