Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of the transistor by securing the conduction for the transistor forming the switching circuit with the counter electromotive force of the inductive load and then lowering the counter electromotive force down to the earth. CONSTITUTION:When the inputs of terminals t1 and t2 do not exist any more along with transistor T3 turned suddenly into the nonconductive state from the conductive state, the counter electromotive force is produced at relay RY. This force receives the voltage division via resistances R3 and R4 to give conduction to transistor T1. As a result, transistors T2 and T3 conduct, and the counter electromotive force is reduced down to the breakdown voltage or less of transistors T1-T3.
