PURPOSE:To secure difference of response time constant between rise and fall areas of input signal of time constant circuit including parallel resistance and condenser, by incorporating resistance which detects charge/discharge current direction of condenser by both-ends voltage along with switching circuit which switches parallel resistance of time constant circuit by polarity of the voltage.
